Not much here, aside from Empress Teta. And Tython, when it's accessible.

The heart of the Galaxy. Planets here include Coruscant, Alderaan, Corellia, Chandrila, Duros, and the black sheep of Abregado-Rae. A good majority of the Galaxy's population lives here, and whoever controls the Core usually controls the Galaxy.

The first worlds to be settled outside of the Core, hence the region's name. Planets here include Balmorra, an industry giant, and Arkania, a center of science.

Nestled between the Expansion Region and the Colonies, the Inner Rim is often forgotten. Planets here include Onderon, a strong monarchy, and Manaan, the Galaxy's only producer of kolto.

Thought of as a "buffer" between civilization and lack thereof, The Expansion Region hold worlds such as Shili and Cathar, the latter of which was devastated during the Mandalorian Wars.

The Mid Rim consists of planets less rich with resources that most regions, and signals the beginning of lawlessness. Planets such as Kashyyyk and Concord Dawn can be found here.

Though planets such as Dantooine are peaceful, the Outer Rim has a well-earned reputation for being a lawless region. Tatooine, Korriban, and Mandalore all exists within the Outer Rim.

Recently coming back into memory due to the Battle of Rakata Prime at the end of the Jedi Civil War, the Unknown Regions are largely unexplored, but not uninhabited. The Chiss of Csilla have a major presence here.

In space, no one can hear you scream.
